A concentrated study of Human Performance Technology (HPT) provides business partners at all levels of the organization with a systematic approach to assessment, problem identification, intervention design and financial analysis of business processes across the organization. HPT uses models, methods, procedures and strategies to assess, evaluate, and implement cost effective solutions that can be applied in all organizations.

Corporate College Services (CCS) offers a graduate-level Certificate in Human Performance Technology which can be applied to a specialization within its MBA program. Use it as a stand alone certificate and/or apply 9 semester hours credit to the MBA. The HPT 3-course series includes: Introduction to HPT, HPT Analysis and Interventions, and HPT Measurement and Evaluation.

The HPT Certificate increases the professional's knowledge and ability to align workforce capabilities to business goals and close performance gaps. The 3-online courses in the Certificate Program are designed to:

Explore human performance technology processes
Select analysis systems for best fit - best solutions within the dynamics of the corporate culture
