Topics include: Project Management Concepts; The Project Team; Needs Identification; Proposed Solutions; Project Planning and Control; The Project; Project Communication and Documentation; Planning; Scheduling and Control; Resource Considerations; Cost Planning and Control; and Summary, Evaluation and Synthesis.
