Matriculation Procedures
Congratulations Seniors!
It's time for college matriculation if you plan to graduate in this year. CCS offers three colleges from which credits can be transferred for graduation: Charter Oak State College, Excelsior College and Thomas Edison State College. Once enrolled at the college of your choice, you will receive an official transcript and advising. Your first transcript evaluation can take up to 8 weeks to complete; subsequent reads can take 1 month. It is a detailed process, so make your plans early.
The enrollment process should include the following:
1. Complete Application
2. Submit Official Transcripts:
- Clep, Dantes, and TECEP test results
- ACE transcripts
- CCS transcripts
- New York University Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (FLPE)
- Certificates & Licenses
- Previous college transcripts
Transcripts of all Corporate College Services courses can be obtained from:
