Matriculation Procedures
Congratulations Seniors!
It's time for college matriculation if you plan to graduate in 2010. CCS offers three colleges from which credits can be transferred for graduation: Charter Oak State College, Excelsior College and Thomas Edison State College. Once enrolled at the college of your choice, you will receive an official transcript and advising. Your first transcript evaluation can take up to 8 weeks to complete; subsequent reads can take 1 month. It is a detailed process, so make your plans early.
The enrollment process should include the following:
1. Complete Application
2. Submit Official Transcripts:
- Clep, Dantes and TECEP test results
- ACE transcripts
- Certificates & Licenses
- Previous college transcripts

3. Submit college applications IMMEDIATELY in order to meet commencement participation deadlines. Contact your college for deadline dates.
